Mr Scott holds extensive qualifications in both the Real Estate and Construction Industry, financial administration, and property management, with more than two decades of direct experience managing schemes of all sizes, from boutique complexes to large-scale residential projects.

Our philosophy is simple: effective body corporate management requires discipline, foresight, and a deep understanding of the legislative framework. We adhere strictly to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld), the Corporations Act 2001, and all relevant codes of conduct.
