Pacific Body Corporate Services Proprietary Limited is a privately owned, Brisbane-based body corporate management company servicing South East Queensland. Founded by the Scott family, who bring decades of combined experience across construction, property management, and property development, Pacific Body Corporate Services Pty Ltd (PBCS) was built on a simple belief: owners and committees deserve a manager who actually knows what they’re doing — and is easy to deal with.

Our Managing Director, Ryan Scott, holds a full Queensland Real Estate Licence, an Advanced Diploma in Construction, and an open Builder’s Licence. That combination of real estate and construction expertise is rare in the strata industry, and it means we understand your property from the ground up — not just the paperwork.
